The mission of Rho Phi Kappa Fraternity, Inc. is to give masculine individuals a professional ambience to be free in their minds, lifestyles, and their truths. To teach them transparent communication of their needs and to discipline them towards their goals and life-long aspirations.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to give Masculine Lesbians, Transmen, and Gender Fluid individuals a place to call home, a family for life, and tools to be successful. We will hold each other accountable for our dreams and push each other to be better than the best versions of ourselves. We are here to build each other’s self-esteem, love each other, keep each other’s secrets, support each other, and be role models in our communities.
Our Vision
The vision of Rho Phi Kappa Fraternity, Inc. is to give masculine individuals an abode to escape the misconceptions and stigmas of being LGBT in a society where we aren’t really accepted. We will provide the tools for our members to be confident, professional, agile, diligent, and charming. But to also be driven, ambitious, assertive, and an activist for our communities.
