The requirements to join our Imperial organization are as follows:
· Must be at least 20 years of age
· Must be enrolled in school, employed or actively seeking employment
· Must be Masculine Identified (masculine lesbian; no label/androgynous, trans-male/trans-masculine/FTM, gender-fluid/gender-queer)
· Must have completed or are willing to complete at least 10 hours of community service in the current calendar year prior to applying for membership
· Must successfully sit through at least 1 of our Boi Talk sessions
· Must successfully complete our Boot Camp process
· Must be open minded, willing to learn and meet new people
· Must be willing to be transparent about your wants and needs in life
· Must be willing to travel
· Must have a working phone and access to internet and Microsoft Office
· Must be able to meet the organizational financial obligations
· Must be responsible and mature
· Must be able to display some characteristics of leadership
